I have had to live tight at one time, and I still can and do once in awhile. A big chicken boiling in a pot and 4 or 5 eggs with some flour and you got a lot of real good noodles. I used to buy oxtails cause they were so cheap. Trouble is being that way, is all that money you are saving will probably go out the door when the son gets it. Most young people are not going to live and work that hard to make a meal. I know it is hard to do, but let loose of it for awhile, can't take it with you. Brother and his wife both died within three years of each other in their early 60s. they were as tight as you can possibly be, left quite a few bucks. My niece sure has had a wonderful time spending all that money.
