Wart Removal - any suggestions???

My 6 year old grandson has a wart that grows on the bottom of his nose (between the nostrils). He's been to every doctor (including specialists) and no success yet. They won't burn it off (say it's too painful) so they've prescribed salves, pills, etc. and it does disappear but keeps coming back. Stuff like compound W they say is too strong to inhale the fumes since it's in a bad place for that. Any suggestions? His mother is at her wits end and I told her that somebody here would have a surefire 'fix'. Looking forward to hearing from you.
