I took my son to a dermatologist, he had warts on his hands that we had tried everything on, There was a total of about 40!! He was starting to get teased at school and was getting a low self esteem.
The dermatologist prescribed Tagamet. Yes, the tagamet used for stomach ulcers. He was taking 3 tablets a day for one month and was due to go back to be looked at and his dose altered.I called the guy after 3 weeks to cancel his 2nd appointment as they were all gone.Hard to believe I know, but true.
Call a dermatologist in your area until you find one that has heard of using tagamet, mine was one I just picked from the yellow pages.Please don't use the stuff from the store, it needs to be prescribed for him by a doctor, to make sure he gets the correct dose and it doesn't conflict with anything else he may be taking.
It worked for my son, it's eight years since he's had warts, hope this helps.
