My husband and I have a chance to buy a berm house in need of repair. It seems the last owner didnt care for it peoperly and the roof poured water on the floors. If we reroof and ventalate it properly is it salvageble? It was built 20 yrs ago and they were the 2 owners. Are there grants to help with this kinda problem, The place was so lovely once.
