Not to be arguemenitive, but it looks like since you have had this veh. for several years, by now you should know you did the wrong thing purchasing different size tires. I guess I am just not as sue happy as the world has become, but looks to me like you created your own problem. As for getting the problem fixed, I would likely remove the back wheels and tires and take them to the chain store and have two more like the front ones mounted and save the old tires for something like a trailer or the like.
