Ron/Pa I appreciate your response and answer and as for Okie_Dokie I am not "SUE-HAPPY" but I don't intend to become a victim of someones careless work either. The vehicle was two years old when I purchased it and the tires were on it when I got it. I pointed out the brand and tread pattern I wanted and depended on the "expertise" of their garage to do what I paid them to do. They obviously failed to do the job properly.
I do not expect to profit in any way from this but I should'nt have to bear additional expense for their lack of knowledge either. If no permanent damage was done give me the proper tires and I am happy.
I guess what I am saying is If you are in the business of providing a sevice and or product and are profitting from this service it is incumbent upon you to know what you are doing and make right any mistakes that you make.
