Last year we had the same problems with skunks. Had to get rid of the grubs and spray the recipe of : Dawn liquid detergent (8 oz.) as it breaks up the 8 oz. castor oil. Add that to a gallon of water and spray all around your porch and home. I read somewhere that the reason this works is that, believe it or not, skunks hate things that stink. Never tried the Fox Urine, but I heard that it also works. If you know where the skunks are staying put flour around the area and go out at night to see if the footprints show they are out and then nail up the area.
