New ropes can be found any number of places on the internet. Notable websites are Nrsworld.com, smithbros.com, and willardropes.com. If willing to pay (just a few dollars usually) for used ropes, which tend to have a more authentic look, contact a local rodeo association discussion board via the web. Hope this is of some help...
