I have a Honda 125 three wheeler that I use to get
around the property. I have considered getting a 4
wheeler or a JD Gator thing, but I really like how small
the 3 wheeler is. If I want to carry something large, I
use the front loader or trailer.

The only thing that is an absolute must is to be careful
on hills. The 3 wheelers are rear end heavy and will
flip backward in a heartbeat. Biggest threat is when
you are starting up a hill, lose power, then downshift.
The added spurt of power will raise the front wheel.
Disaster if you aren't prepared for it.
