I HAD ALMOST THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY NEIGHBORS DOGS.THE DOGS CAME ON MY PROPERTY AND WENT AFTER MY KIDS AND KILLED TWO OF MY DUCKS.I PHONED THE LOCAL SPCA AND BECAUSE WE LIVE OUT OF TOWN THEY SAID THEY COULD'NT HELP US BUT PHONE THE POLICE AND ASK THEM WHAT WE COULD DO.WHEN I PHONED THEM THEY TOLD ME TO SHOOT THE DOGS AND THAT I HAD EVERY RIGHT TO PROTECT MY LIVESTOCK.THE POLICE HAVE TO UPHOLD THE LIVESTOCK PROTECTION ACT.I THEN SEEN THOSE DOGS CHASING DEER AND CALLED THE FISH AND WILDLIFE ,THEY WENT TO THE NEIGHBORS AND TOLD THEM THAT IF THE DOGS WERE EVER SEEN RUNNING LOOSE AGAIN THAT THEY WOULD COME OUT AND DESTRY THE DOGS.IT DOES SOLVE ONE PROBLEM BUT I THINK THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE DOG OWNERS I DON'T THINK THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO OWN ANIMALS IF THE ARE NOT GOING TO BE RESPONCEABLE FOR THEIR ANIMALS.
