I was in the same situation awhile back,Plans are readily available from several sources such as Northen Tool.However,by the time you purchase the proper steel,hitch,jacks,accessories,decking and hardware,you are very near the cost of buying a new professionally built trailer,less the time, sweat and headaches of building yourself.Good used trailer is even cheaper.Just my experiences.

PS:If the axles you have are mobile home ones,be cautious,they are made to survive delivery of the trailer,not much more.I would never use them on anything other than a short haul utility trailer,nothing hauling a valuable heavy load any distance.
