Make sure the burners are room temperature or below. Put your alcohol (I use Isopropyl heet)in the cast iron pan under the burners. Turn both burners on high and light the alcohol. Leave the door open 1 inch until all alcohol is gone. Close the door and wait until both burners are glowing cherry red,then adjust to high, medium,or low. It will take 5-10 Min. for the burners to glow.
