How to get rid of skunks???

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas how to get rid of baby skunks. My wife went out the other night and seen 4 in our front yard and seen another one last night outside our back door. I would just shoot em, but I don't think the small town we live in would approve. (If we only lived in the country again... they'd be gonners) I thought of live trapping, but decided I didn't have enough tomoto juice to clean myself up afterwards. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!! -Jeremy
