I could write a book on what I don't like about it bur as many have said the best thing to do is just cut it off. Having said that, the short list is: 1) Constant bass, back ground music on everything. 2) All stupid, screaming, flashing commercials. Ok, 98+ percent of all commercials. 3) A show that would otherwise be interesting except they have a bunch of dork acting idiots making moronic comments. Show the pictures and shut up! 4) Most all actors look like they are starved to death. The bony, hollow eyed, nappy haired look is portrayed as something good. And as a Southern white male, we are mostly portrayed as a complete moron and made to look like an azz by all women and those of other colors or cultures. A little over the top way to get over the racist and bigoted view points of the brass I would say. 5) The bottom 1/4+ of the screen is covered with mindless babble, while you miss the main part of the frame they are showing. 6) Flashing their own advertising on while the show is playing in a flash box. 7) A lot of shows have a small clip at the end that is good viewing, but some stations shrink that to an un-viewable size to advertise upcoming shows, and as soon as that part is over, they go back to regular size. 8) News shows that say a story is next only to drag it out to the end where they show a tid bit and say the rest will be on later. 9) Unreadable fine print or fast talk by scammers. 10) Programming that is sold in "packets" of supposedly American favorites etc that is mostly religious, advertising, or pure crap! I had a short phone conversation with a dish network manager in an off shore, sweat shop about that. From her broken English, I gathered she was a rude, un American foreigner that had little care of what she was in charge of. People should have better and affordable choices!
