Try it. If the pump/cylinders won't lift it, there's your answer. Blowing a tire from the weight might be a consideration as well as breaking an attachment bolt. I wouldn't think the tank would weigh over 300/400 lbs. We lift 2000 lb haybales constantly with a larger loader on a 80 hp tractor. Loader lift capacity has a breakaway feature that simply will not allow it to lift a load beyond its ability. A weak pump could also affect the lift. Try it....go slow....don't lift it too high in transport and don't hit any potholes. Otherwise, stay off public roads. :)
