think about it, 670 pounds is about the equivelent of 3 stout men in a car. the tires will hold unless they are in bad condition. What you want to worry about is tipping your 851 on it's nose. Now, I don't know how large an 851 is but unless it's a lawn tractor, It can probably handle the load. What you might consider is a 3 point hitch counter weight such as a loaded rock box. Another thing is to avoid making the move on sloping ground. Also, you might simply consider draging the tank to the intended new location.
