no coffee

sittin' here killin' time til i gotta go to the doc's for my annual blood letting ceremony. i can't have anything to eat or drink til after they tap me dry. then i gotta sit an' listen to her scold me about smokin', again, fer another 15 minutes, about another five or ten while she tries to pin me down to go have one of them colon scopes....mebee i oughta give in on that one one of these days. then i can finally go across the street and get me some dang coffee. and she wonders why i'm always such a grouch when i go in for these tests. sometimes i wonder if it's even worth it.
