Dan last year I planted one 40 foot row and had more Okra than Four families could use. We froze it, canned it, pickled it and ate on it till frost with plenty to spare for the neighbors. Only thing is, only one or two of them even knew what to do with it.

Personally, I love it. And, I've mixed it with every kind of veggy dish.......gfp
