It looks like Service berry, but the photos aren't close enough or clear enough for me to be sure. Where were the photos taken? In my area of Eastern Washington, the service berry bushes are just starting to bloom and if I remember my college botany correctly, we have 2 species around here. They are pretty showy for a week or two each spring and are very common on the hills around Spokane. Their fruits are edible, but I didn't think they tasted very good when I tried them years ago. I would bet your local county agent or the biology department of a local college could tell you what the bush is. Good luck!
