I had to go to my annual physical this morning too. The worst part was that I had to be fasting, and they didn't get done until about 10AM. I sure got hungry, and wanted some caffeine!

The way my doctor does physicals, I have to go back next week for the results. I feel fine and I expect to be told the same old things: lose some weight and get more exercise. I have lost weight and am trying to work out more...but they are never satisfied.

And then there is the finger wave. I could sure do without that!

Oh well, it's only once a year.
