Old Mother Earth had some plans for a bicycle frame based cultivator. Turn frame upside down, wheel on back, put scrapers/shovels in seat post tube, clamp old handle bars to neck and push. Quick and cheap. Planet Junior breakdown for small wheel cultivator floating around internet- can't remember where on gardening forum. RN
