There's two schools of thought on the subject. You can prolong the agony or take you alergy medicine and speed up the process.

If it were me I pop the pill and hit the sack. Of course, the next one might not react in the same fashion as the first. Could it be your body was just reclaiming lost sleep from before you saw the doctor. So, shouldn't you just take another pill and be sure.......gfp
