Good Morning everyone...here in gloomy rain-e NE Mo. it's a damp 47* out...not sure if it's gonna get much better all weekend....we have rain and more rain due in... It's a good thing we got the yards mowed...sure hope I don't look out and see my two rows of onions backstroking across the garden....wish i had a good stand on the rest of the garden, but it's just too wet to get in it. Those taco's I ate last night decided to dance in my stomic a little...but the coffee's going down good now, and I think the "gagging" spell has gone byby. CV and ol Vern will be making a trip to TNT Motorsports in Quincy IL. saturday...gonna see
if there is any used motorcycles down the way cheap for the kid to buy (or us)...this gas deal
is making it hard on the kids...what with two hospital bills to pay now. Even with insurance it's a booger of a bill...nothing fancy or big...just something he (and maybe me?) can learn on and use to cut the gas deal some. Eme came by last night and left...wanted to get some books from here. She also left a paper with the dates for the upcomming and whats left of this school year...She gets out of school on
May 20th...5th grade next year... Lil'c is doing ok...we have decided to have a quiet Mother's Day at their house...guys will bar b q...I'll cook up some stuff to go with the meal...Dennis and Tracy will be swamped in the resturant....lot's of Moms will be taken out to eat there...I'll get a phone call...lucky to get that from them, they'll be pretty busy. Sometime Sunday I'll drive over to Monroe City and put flowers on Mamma's gravesite....spend some quiet moments with her memory... You guys have a great weekend! -granny h
