Education or lack of it.
Ignorant, illiterate or poorly educated people can be easily intimidated and controlled. That is why I fear the public education system that has changed so much and children are not being educated. They are being taught to conform to a politically correct socialist system. After a few more years of the systemic training that is what we will have, a herd of government controlled people who can not think well enough to fight the system. Pessimistic, huh. I know when I went to school in the dark ages, we were taught facts, history, math, world geography, science, biology, etc. not just being prepared to take a government test to graduate!
