Thank God I live where I do.(me and Willy) NO I don't live with him, I'm about 100 miles south. He has trees, we got bare hills that grow nothing but rocks. Orchards and yards are irrigated with river water. Here they have two water systems. Your outside hose is straight out of the river at a flat rate. (you can't drink it) City water, all doctored up is metered.Such is life in the city.
