Looks like another BEEAYOUTEEFUL day here in Missouri! Lower 70s and no wind.

Today we close on the new house. It was built 6 years ago by a guy that planned on living out his days there. Then the dot com crash and he's had to return to work (in Texas). It has in floor heating thru out, even in the attached garage. Said he kept it at 65 degrees in there, seems excessive to me! 6 inch thick walls, heavily insulated, over built actually but like I said, he planned to live the rest of his life there. No maintenance everywhere he could. Hopefully it'll see me out although I'm 15 years younger than him. He's the older brother of my best buddy in high school. Its located just 1/2 mile from my south 80 acres, right now I'm 10 miles north of there. Close to the school and town. On a blacktop hiway! No more gravel dust!!! I'll be able to own a black vehicle now! LOL

Hope everyone has a terrific day and keeps safe!!
