The only reason it costs less to users is because of massive taxpayer subsidy. You liked it in Pittsburg because the rest of the state carries the cost of public transportation in both Philadelphia and Pittsburg.

Now our idiot Governor wants to sell the Turnpike and send the proceeds to Philly to fund SEPTA. And he wants to make Interstate 80 a toll road and send that money to Philly too.
