What's wrong with Goldie?

My little Golden Seabright banty has developed some kind of fungus on her comb. I've never seen it on any of my other hens. Does anyone know what it is, and if so, how can I treat it?
Note, it has (not) affected her eye. She blinked as I took her picture.
