I think Hollywood is the source of a lot of the trouble.Then others who make race their profession. THe best black guy there ever was set an example rather that point at others and blame everything on them. He was George Washington Carver.That man did more to improve race relations in the south than any liberal ever has. He was a smart man and went to work helping people with his science rather than screaming for the government to intervene.
