So, my friendly, cuddly chickens were brutally murdered today by a neighborhood dog. These are the same chickens I posted about earlier, that I hand raised.
The assasin is still at large.
I came home to find my chickens strewn across the yard, just as in Saving Private Ryan.
If I see that dog in my yard again, I will introduce it to my gun. I manage to keep my five dogs and previously four chickens in my yard, why can't they keep their ONE dog in theirs?!
I am still upset about the incident, because I was attached to my chickens, my Golden laced Wyandotte is the sole survivor. She may be suffering from Post traumatic stress syndrome, from witnessing the incident.
Only time will tell.
If you live in or around Locust Grove, and your dog is missing. I do not know it's whereabouts.
