Briggs Stratton lawn mower won't start...

Hi, does anyone know why a Briggs & Stratton lawn mower won't start...? It's newer, has fresh gas and oil and I've tried pushing the primer button 20-25 times but it still won't start. It seems to want to start or catch but doesn't. Any ideas???
