Maggie, Read Brad from Indiana's responce, that is what riles me, but what riles me more are the people that jump on the socialist bandwagon in the name of the good of the people when the bottom line is they are only looking out for their own well being, aka their given rights to rising property values. Tell me, what does a person's property value mean to them IF they plan on staying? Not a thing. These people are not caring people of the land. They are simply investors, they invest a smal amount to have a few acres and take it as a right to look over my 160, my crops, my stock. Then they try to stop me from dividing my land so I my profit in order to secure their own investment. They are the ones on the sly, not me and when backed in corner the real people come out as with Brad. Sorry to ruffle your feathers Maggie, I like ya. FW
