I was outside/Yes. It is a great picture. Before TV had such great influence over peoples thinking there were many people like those in the picture who were happy with the cards they were dealt in life and lived a simple life without all the trinkets and fine costumes we must have today.My little hometown was much like that.Both rich,poor and in between had a reasonable amount of respect for each other as most often the wealthy came up the hard way.They left the folks alone who wanted a simple life with freedom and little debt. But times changed and quick money as fast talking folks became the fashion. We escaped reality for a few years and we are none the better for it.
