You know Diane, i don,t live in the states, but here in British Columbia,with your best interest in mind i would urge you to look at Nelson BC as a place to move, you would fit right in. A small town with like minded folks, places for sale in the country around Nelson, (farther out would be cheaper, like 5 or 10 miles as opposed to a mile or so.Nelson is about maybe 10 000 pop. now i would think, check it out on the net, if not that area,look at Creston , ;and prices are high there , or just north of the border in the Boundary Country, Grand Forks, Greenwood.beautiful country and you would be more than welcome in any of the places i have mentioned, and your lifestyle would fit right in.
