Depends on where you are. We have a local one here in Texas called Everyone's Internet, but if you are not near here ya can't get it. It is like $10 a month I think. How about Net Zero, which I THINK is free. That is www.netzero.net Then there is Academic Planet at www.academicplanet.com and I've heard that Wal-Mart has one you can get at their store. I've also heard that Juno is cheap, as I have a cousin who used them, but I don't know anything about them. You can do a Google search to find different ones to check their prices and what they offer. www.google.com Good luck to you :)
