grease spots all over clothes

I'm wondering how to get grease spots out of my clothes, something must have spilled in the washer and I've got greasy spots all over my hoodies and sweat pants! Also, the residue was in the washer and the next load, of DELICATES and SILK BLOUSES, has some spots on them - do I have to take everything to be drycleaned?
