Lenore, See my above post about seasonings. In my opinion a broiler is a pork chop's best friend. Too much seasoning makes it taste like a mcDonalds chop. Just plain meat is what I normally like, a bit of garlic powder brings out the pork flavor, but doesn't hide it.
