I have a concrete pad 20'X 25' it old, cracked but has a 12,000 gal cistern under it that needs access. Could I pour 4" over it with new concrete? What about bricks or stones? Wood is out- dont want to contaminate my drinkin water with stain once a year, plastic flooring is way outta sight$$. thanks-bob
