WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T USE POISON TO KILL THEM!!! I live in a mobile home and had a skunk living under me. Not knowing it was a skunk and thinking it was possibly mice or rats, I put out rat poison. The skunk died under my house, releasing ALL of it's smelly musk at the time of death. You think they're a problem when they're living; YOU AIN'T SMELLED NOTHING YET! I am having to relocate for a few weeks while the smell goes away. I'm also having to get rid of the majority of my clothing and my sofa & love seat; probably my carpet too. This will end up costing a small fortune.
