Sky diving looks great. What a rush! Is it physically demanding? A woman locally celebrated her 70th birthday by going sky diving. I've been toying with the idea of doing the same thing.

Love planes. Grew up in San Diego. So the news covered breaking the sound barrier. And showed pictures on TV of the Pogo once they were first starting to test fly it.

Used to go to the airplane plants and watch the various planes come and go. Neat, neat, neat to see.

Went up in a Cessna in 1959. Wow what a difference from flying in the airline planes.

Although in the San Francisco area my friend and his buddies just about bought the farm flying in fog!

They weren't certified for instrument flying so they kept looking for a hole to fly through. Found one as they flew toward the ground! Luckily they were high enough up that they were able to get out of a tough situation.

Bunch of very scared guys for awhile.
