laying out pole barn poles

Hello everyone
My neighbor asked me to help build a large pole barn(128 by 60).How do we accurately measure the pole holes and set the poles perfectly square?I built my own pole barn eight years ago,but it was only 48 by 38.It seems to me measuring corner to corner with a very long tape measure would be inaccurate.What is the easiest way to measure and set his poles?He thinks i know what im doing but boy do i have him fooled!Thanks alot everybody.
