Most people don't understand the legal status of hate. There are no restrictions on hate, provided the hate is directed toward court approved hated people, which in this case would be Christian homeschoolers. As long as the hate is not generated against a court sanctioned group, such as let's say, Islamic extremist", the judge is free to discriminate with extreme prejudice. Originally, moral Christian values were good things. Today however, they don't mix well with the social structure of personal gratification.
