May I ask what action you would recommend in the case you depict, minus the religion, where the mother tells her children that their father, her exhusband, is evil? Even by your account, the only issue is the religion of the mother, and daughter. According to other reports of the same event, the court recognizes her learning as appropriate. The only reason for the judges decision is religon, which is the definition of religious intolerance.
