You're going to have to do some math.
Determine the wattage used by each appliance you want to run. Then figure out how long you want to run them, (an hour a day, 10 hours a day, 24 hours etc.) Calculate the maximum demand and the average demand for the day. Buy an inverter that will handle the max load. Remember that the inverter is not 100% efficient so you need to add 20% or so to cover it. Buy a deep cycle battery that will supply the average load per day times the number of days you want to be there.

If you can find out the wattage of your appliances, I'll help you with the calculations.

Do yourself a favor and get a propane burner for the coffee pot, it will greatly reduce the load and therefore the size of both the inverter and the battery.
