friend of mine installed two deep cycle battery in his truck as auxiliary batteries. They harge as he drives ane then he can plug in the 12 volt tv, 12 volt coffee maker and even the 12 volt blender. Somewhere he even got a 12 volt popcorn maker. The beauty ofhis sustemis that there wa no hand lugging the batteries and when they run low, he just runs the truck for 15 to 20 mins. He installed them in an auxiliary tool box that fits in the bed. There are 12 volt sockets and he even has a 15 foot 12volt extension cord. I don't have a clue how one would wire such an arrangement.
