landlord /tenant issue

I have a tenant in a duplex i rent out that told me during the application process that she has breast cancer.. she tugged at the heart, needed a oplace to get away from an abusive boyfriend,,yada yada.. claims to be taking chemo once a week....

Anyways, she alledges she takes chemo, still smokes, drinks wine and none of her hair has fallen out... Needless to say I am 90% sure i was lied to....but there is is still 10% unsure. Before I call her bluff is there anything i could ask that would elicit a response to convince me without a doubt she is a lying scoundrel? Oh, she said to the upper tenant that there are bad people out there that are giving her cancer. me thinks she has a mental illness. This, to me is the lowest of low...
