I have a rental and have not had one person that rented it tell me the truth about anything. The tenant now is a habitual liar and I try not to talk to them. I can't stand a liar. I always assume liars are thieves too so their not someone I want to have a conversation with. My wife dealt with breast cancer but she didn't go around advertising she had it. You could tell she had cancer when she was bald.
