Spent the last couple weeks reaping what we've sown and we've still go some time to go.

Have couple gallons of dried zucchini and squash,
We spice them up and eat like tater chips.
Gallon or so of dried green beans,
not to mention couple dozen pints so far,
Made up 4 gallons of salsa,
and still dried a gallon of peppers. (many yet to go)
Dried up a couple quarts of onions,
and even canned up some onions just to see how they would do.
Froze up a bunch corn,
got a crap load waiting to be canned.
Dug up our first taters, plan on slicing and drying for scalloped taters.
Will do some frozen fries, as well as canning the little'ns later on.
Made 15 quarts of dill pickles,
my first time hope they turn out.

But,

Tonight is spaghetti night, boy does it smell GOOD!

Three types, about gallon and half each

Meat, Meat and veg, veggy only.

My oh my, I can't wait till deer hunting season to make deer meat stew........
