We have 50+ tomato plants and 60 some odd pepper plants. All the usual stuff, corn, taters, squash, pumpkins (canned for pie filling), Cucs, green beans, sunflower, all kinds of spice plants, and stuff I can't remember. Tomato sauce, and juice to come, along with more salsa and spaghetti sauce.

Just got our new dryer this year, an Excalibur, mainly for all the spices we are growing, but been running a little of everything thru it to see what we like (easier than canning). In all we will put up over half our yearly groceries.
