As I read what you had written and all of the following comments, I sat here and cried. I cried because I know what you are going through. I lost my Daddy in 2001...we had a hospital bed in his living room and I stayed with him and Mom. I was with him when he passed on. I had just told him how much I loved him. I lost my Mommy only 2 years ago. I basically moved in her house with her to take care of her. My sister helped relieve me in her care. I was with Mom when she died also. She had kept looking at me, she smiled a little smile when I told her how much I loved her. I looked into her eyes and told her that I would be ok...if she had to go. She took one more breath while looking at me and she passed on. I am the youngest child. My Mom wasn't only my Mom...she was my friend and my hero.
I'm sorry for rambling on. I just wanted you to know that I know what you're going through. My prayers are with you, your Dad and all of the family. Take care.
